UKG is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Commercial Finance Deal Desk, overseeing financial governance for major SaaS deals. You will advise senior leaders on financial implications, define decision frameworks, and ensure deal structures align with UKG’s objectives and policies.
You will build scalable governance, drive CPQ workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Product to optimize pricing and deal execution while managing risks.
