Join Bartlett Regional Hospital as an Operating Room Inventory and Support Technician. The role is part of our Surgical Services team in the Operating Room.

• Starts at $23.52 per hour.
• Internal Hires: Pay rate based on personnel rules or union contract terms.
• External Hires: Step placement and pay determined based on relevant experience.

The OR Inventory and Support Technician supports operating rooms by managing surgical inventory, assisting with patient scheduling, and helping with case turnovers. Responsibilities include ordering and auditing supplies, sourcing special items, preparing rooms and equipment between cases, coordinating patient charts and procedural schedules, assisting staff training on Meditech systems, and serving as backup buyer or scheduler when needed.

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Six (6) months working in a hospital or inventory position.
• Substitution(s): Completion of a medical training program such as EMT/CNA.
• Certification(s): None.
• License(s): None.
