Licensed Therapist – IDS Health, Inc – Juneau, AK

The Substance Use Disorder Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
- Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, facilitates therapy sessions, and ensures documentation compliance.
- Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and supports discharge planning.
- Maintains licensure, adheres to regulations, and participates in clinical meetings.
Qualifications: Master’s degree, active state licensure, and preferably addiction-specific certification.
Skills: Evidence-based practices, group facilitation, crisis intervention, strong communication, and teamwork.
Experience: 2+ years in behavioral health or substance abuse preferred.
Conditions: Office and outpatient settings, with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
