Our client, a leader in the healthcare field, is seeking an Epic Beaker AP Support Analyst to work 20 hours a week providing specialized support for the Pathology department within their Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) module. This role is ideal for an experienced analyst who can work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with pathology teams to ensure system functionality and meet evolving business needs.

100% Remote USA (Flexible hours – nights/weekends are OK). For w2 consultants, a benefits package is provided.

Rate: $70 – $75 / hour (w2)

• Provide day-to-day support for Epic Beaker AP, addressing issues and requests from the Pathology department.
• Collaborate with Pathology groups to implement new builds, changes, and updates within the AP module.
• Coordinate and lead a weekly meeting with Pathology stakeholders to review ongoing requests and discuss new issues.
• Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve support requests in a timely manner.
• Follow established change control procedures for all system modifications.
• Respond flexibly to urgent matters during standard business hours as needed (though primary work can be done nights/weekends).

Required:

• Hands‑on experience with Epic Beaker AP module.
• Previous experience supporting laboratory or pathology operations in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of workflows within Pathology departments.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and change control processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Epic Beaker AP certification

• This position does not include on‑call scheduling responsibilities.
• Must be able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
