Mobile App Business Analyst/QA

We are seeking a Business Analyst/Consultant to elicit requirements for native and cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. This role involves meeting with government customers in identifying mobile app features, performance requirements and user interfaces as an input into a list of requirements for mobileapps developers to implement. The business analyst will have familiarity with modern mobile frameworks, cloud services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Identify mobile app features used in native and/or cross-platform frameworks.
- Work with mobile apps developers, government customers and end users to help define and maintain app architecture and design patterns.
- Elicit app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption for scalability requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
