In-House Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team on the Madison, WI campus. The role supports Epic’s growth through negotiation of multi‑million dollar license and service agreements, forging vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks, and managing litigation. Responsibilities increase with experience.

• Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations globally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
• Manage litigation and related legal matters.
• Own challenging projects and rapidly expand knowledge of the industry.

• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics: intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (fully reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination requirement.
