Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Outpatient

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care and clinical support in an outpatient setting.

• Obtain vital signs and assist with patient assessments.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist providers with examinations and clinical procedures.
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Assist with specimen collection and basic clinical testing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Active LPN license as required by state regulations.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Previous outpatient, clinic, or ambulatory care experience preferred.
