Maintenance Person – McDonald’s restaurant (franchisee-operated)

• Assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• As a member of the Maintenance Team, work with available tools and training to succeed.
• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
• Compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks typically required for maintenance work.
• Ability to earn increases based on job performance.

• Starting pay for Back Up Maintenance: $18.00 per hour.
• Starting pay for Primary Maintenance: $19.00 per hour.
• Ability to quickly earn more depending on job performance.
