Bowlero - [Guest Service / Concierge] As a Front Desk Attendant at Bowlero, you'll:
Be friendly and invite guests in person and over the phone;
Track availability and assign lanes, shoes, & other equipment;
Promptly notify the mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log the issues;
Assist guests with basic bowling instruction;
Operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
