Attorney; Coverage Litigation

Position: Attorney (Coverage Litigation)
Williams, Leininger & Cosby is an AV-rated law firm located in Northern Palm Beach County, dedicated to providing top-tier legal representation in Insurance Defense and related areas. We are seeking an experienced Civil Trial Attorney to join our dynamic team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to be lead Coverage Attorney in Coverage Litigation. Will also assist in Appeals and Pre-Suit Matters.

* Key Responsibilities
* * Represent clients in civil trial litigation, including cases involving insurance coverage and high-exposure presuit matters.

* Handle a variety of legal matters, with an emphasis on crafting strategies for complex, multi-party disputes.

* Conduct in-depth legal research and draft compelling motions, pleadings, and other key documents.

* Engage in jury trial advocacy, negotiations, mediations, and hearings to effectively advance client interests.

* Collaborate with the firm's attorneys and support staff to ensure successful case outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.

* Qualifications
* * Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.

* 3+ years experience as a lead attorney handling civil litigation

* Jury trial experience (preferred)

* Insurance coverage experience (preferred).

* 3+ years experience handling insurance coverage disputes (preferred).

* Federal court litigation (preferred).

* Appellate experience (preferred).

* Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

* Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and independently while maintaining attention to detail.
