Jupiter Hills Club, one of the premier golf clubs in the country, is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Golf Course Superintendent to join our leadership team. We are searching for a superintendent who not only has the technical expertise to maintain exceptional turf quality, but also the leadership presence to inspire and develop a dedicated team.

You will oversee daily golf course maintenance operations, implement progressive turf management strategies, and manage irrigation, fertility, and cultural practices that ensure superior playing conditions year-round. A strong understanding of modern agronomy, soil and water management, and sustainability practices will be essential to thrive in this role.

• Minimum of8 years of progressive experience
  in golf course maintenance leadership, with at least 2 years as a Superintendent or 5 years as an Assistant Superintendent.
• Degree or certificate in
  Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture
  , or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage
  warm-season turfgrass
  in a high-expectation, championship-level environment.
• Strong knowledge of
  irrigation systems, pest management, and sustainable agronomic practices
  .
• Demonstrated success in
  leading and developing teams
  , including bilingual staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to fostering a
  culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Founded in 1969, Jupiter Hills is the result of the genius of William Clay Ford and George Fazio.

George, along with his nephew Tom Fazio, designed and constructed the world-renowned Hills Course and the equally challenging Village Course.

The Club takes great pride and has reaped the benefit of having been guided by the Fazio family since its beginning. The future is very bright for the Jupiter Hills as there are multiple capital improvement projects on the horizon along with hosting multiple USGA National Championships to include the 2027 US Men’s Mid-Amateur and the 2032 US Women’s Mid-Amateur.
