Finance Executive

Location: Jurong East

Salary: Up to $3,800/mth

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare journal entries, month‑end closing schedules, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Process staff claims, payments, and supplier invoices promptly and accurately.
• Prepare GST schedules and support statutory and tax reporting requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and internal stakeholders during audits and reporting exercises.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance finance operations.

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of finance or accounting experience
  .
• Knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and month‑end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
