Job Title:
Accounting Assistant Salary: $2,300 - $3,000 (Based on Experience)
Location:
Jurong East Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Monthly Rest Days: 6
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including income and expenditure recording
- Process accounting documents and maintain accurate financial records
- Review and verify expense reimbursement claims
- Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing
- Provide general accounting and administrative support
- Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant accounting certification or qualification
- Basic accounting knowledge and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Navision, SAP, Quick Books, Oracle Net Suite, or similar is an advantage
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
