Responsibilities
- Develop and update detailed 3D models and drawings for ACMV systems.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve design issues and other trades (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for ACMV works.
- Ensure all models and drawings comply with Execution Plans, project workflows, and guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately to support smooth project delivery.
- Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, standards, and workflow improvements for ACMV projects.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Building with 3 years of BIM/Revit experience
. - Proficient in
AutoCAD and Revit (BIM MEP) and knowledge of ACMV system layouts/documentation
.
