  5.5 days | 08:00 - 18:00 on weekdays | 08:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays
• Salary: $6000 - $8000

• Liaise with internal departments and subcontractors in weekly/monthly progress report preparation
• Plan performance progression on upcoming projects
• Prepare weekly development progress
• Prepare master programme schedule and plan during tender and execution stages
• Assist in tender preparations including technical planning, submission of write-ups, proposals and tender presentations to clients
• Monitor project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delays and risks
• Identify and report variations in contract requirements
• Liaise and attend meetings with clients/consultants/subcontractors/suppliers for design, drawings, methodologies, catalogues and material matters

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction and building industry
• Degree in Engineering/Construction related disciplines or equivalent field from a recognized institution
• Proficient in P6 Primavera
• Must have LTA experience
