Patient Service Officer (Jurong East)

As a Patient Service Officer, you will be part of a team who is focused on delivering high quality healthcare experiences for the patients:

• Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services.
• Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines.
• Assist in making appointments for the patients.
• Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required.
• Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors review and follow up.
• Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts.

Requirements

• Have passion in healthcare and keen to learn.
• Driven, dedicated and willing to serve.
• PC/Computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform rotating shifts.
