Position: IS Helpdesk Support
Salary:
Up to $3000
Working hours:
5 Working Days/Week (office hours)
Location:
Jurong East
Key duties:
- Support IS Officer in delivering IT services and maintaining IS/QEMS documentation.
- Lead helpdesk operations, including desktop implementation, user support and timely ticket resolution.
- Manage and maintain IT assets, software installations and IS inventory systems.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement IT improvements as part of continual improvement initiatives.
Requirement:
- Minimum NITEC in relevant field
- Prior experience in IS support, helpdesk or desktop will be highly advantageous.
