Position:
Inside Sales Coordinator
Working days:
Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
Location:
Jurong East
Salary: $2800 +-
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients across Singapore.
- Drive sales and promote the company’s range of hotel amenities and products.
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Follow up with existing clients on orders, enquiries and product requirements.
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations and other sales-related documents.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Spend approximately 50% of the time on indoor/office-based work and 50% on outdoor/client-facing activities.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting overall business growth.
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or product supply will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with both office-based administrative work and outdoor/client-facing activities.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is an added advantage.
