Salary: $3,300 to $3,500
Work Days: 5 Days (9am to 6pm)
Work Location:
Jurong East (near MRT Station)
Industry: Freight Forwarding
Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and shipment-related matters.
- Coordinate LCL/FCL export shipments and transport arrangements with relevant parties.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure timely completion of required services and documentation.
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely status updates.
- Follow up on shipment arrangements, approvals and operational issues.
- Prepare shipment reports and assist with freight rate comparisons.
- Coordinate with internal teams and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Nitec / Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience handling export shipments
- Familiar with export consolidation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Team-oriented, proactive and adaptable to dynamic operational requirements
