Storekeeper

• Basic Salary: $2100 to $2500, depends on experience

• Location:
  
  Jurong East

• Receive and review customer orders through the company's order management system.

• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for fulfilment by verifying order details and availability of stock.

• Pick items from inventory according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Pack products securely to minimize damage during shipping, adhering to company packaging standards.

• Label packages with accurate shipping details.

• Monitor stock levels to ensure items are available for order fulfilment.

• Report low stock levels or discrepancies to the inventory team for replenishment.

• Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate records.

• Process returned items in accordance with company return policies.

• Inspect returned products and restock them if in good condition or coordinate with relevant departments for product disposal.

• Communicate with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues such as delays, product damages, or order discrepancies.

• Provide updates on order status and shipping information.

• At least 1 year of Warehouse Assistant/Storekeeper experience is preferred.

• Forklift license will be a plus.
