R&D Senior Hardware Engineer

The company is a leading American multi-national in the field of industrial automation as well as integrated control solutions. With more than 20,000 employees globally and presence in Singapore for more than 30 years; we have the following opening within the Hardware Engineering team in Singapore.

• Design and develop hardware systems, including component selection, schematics, PCB layout, and tolerance analysis.
• Perform circuit analysis and simulations to validate functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and execute hardware qualification, certification, compliance, and fault insertion test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet technical and quality requirements.
• Research and apply new hardware technologies and best practices to product development.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware product design, including analog/digital circuits and PCB design.
• Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC mitigation, UL/ATEX compliance, signal integrity, power integrity, and timing analysis.
• Experience with analog circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, Mathcad, Saber or equivalent.
• Exposure to Python, LabVIEW, functional safety (IEC
  61508) or industrial automation programming is an advantage.
