Opportunity To Work On Engineering Design And Plant Commissioning Projects
Our Client, a Singapore-based environmental engineering group specialising in water and waste management solutions, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Process Engineer.
You will be responsible for overseeing process engineering design and technical deliverables for wastewater treatment projects, ensuring process systems meet project specifications and operational requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop process calculations, including unit process calculations, piping pressure losses and pump head requirements.
Prepare and develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&), mass balances and hydraulic profiles.
Manage detailed process engineering designs, equipment sizing and preparation of technical deliverables.
Ensure timely submission of process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic profiles, equipment sizing and HAZOP study reports.
Participate in HAZOP studies covering overall plant operations, systems and sub-systems.
Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technical specifications.
Review existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, productivity improvements and operational enhancements.
Perform process troubleshooting, sequence of operation reviews and unit process improvements.
Attend technical meetings with clients, vendors, subcontractors and internal project teams.
Support Software Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and overall plant commissioning activities.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in wastewater treatment technologies
