Workplace Safety Health Coordinator

Working Hours: Mon to Fri- 5 days a week.

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system
• Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
• Functions as the Site EHS Assessor in the verification of hazardous works.
• Conduct EHS induction courses for new employees and contractors.
• Ensure that Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedures are brief to workers and sub‑contractor.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Preparation of monthly WSH reports Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/ checklists.
• Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits.
• Investigate and report WSH all incidents & near misses.
• Conduct WSH and other related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.

• WSQ advance certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificate
• WAH assessor certificate.
• Risk management course.
• A team player with and ability to work independently.
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction.
