Location:
Jurong West
Basic Salary:
Up to S $4,000 + Transport Allowance + Commission + Bonus
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Industry: ACMV / M&E / Building Services
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C markets
- Build relationships with facility managers, building owners, contractors and procurement teams
- Conduct customer visits, site surveys and sales presentations
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals and maintenance contract submissions
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline to achieve business growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for maintenance and project services
- Assist with tender preparation, submissions and sales follow-ups
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding matters
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned
- Professional Certificate, NITEC, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant technical qualification
- Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience in ACMV, HVAC, M&E, building services, facilities management or construction preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Class 3 driving licence required
