As a Social Worker @ Whispering Hearts Family Service Centre (located 3 mins walk from Pioneer MRT), you will be required to
- Conduct needs and risk assessments for intakes
- Provide casework management for clients
- Conduct analysis, plans and implements programmes and services to meet client’s needs
- Review needs to plan and conduct group work to address issues of target groups
- Collaborate with other agencies to pool resources for clients
- Scan the environment and community need to develop community development initiatives
- Any other job tasks may be assigned, if needed
