Working hour
- Mondays to Fridays, 8 am to 2 pm
Supervise and manage 15–20 high-needs students during recess and school activities
Conduct skills training (social skills, anger management, friendship restoration) for students with behavioural issues
Support discipline operations (detention, Correct Work Order, corridor checks) and early case management
Analyse student data (Connectogram, discipline records) to identify trends and interventions
Support after-school programmes (e.g., SHINE 2.0) and collaborate with school leadership
Degree or Diploma in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Human Services, or Education
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Basic MS Word and Excel proficiency
