Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day underground utility construction activities
  • Manage projects and crews to help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
  • Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications
  • Oversee pipeline construction, installation, and maintenance activities
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management, engineers, and other project personnel
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to maintain project safety and quality standards
  • Identify and address potential jobsite risks, delays, and construction issues
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and company standards
  • Maintain a productive, organized, and professional jobsite
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by construction management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a foreman or supervisor in underground wet utility construction
  • Strong knowledge of underground pipeline construction and field operations
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage crews, schedules, and changing jobsite conditions
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of assigned projects
