Soccer Shots North Inland Empire is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable part‑time soccer coach to bring energy, creativity, and a love for the game to children ages 2‑8. If you’re passionate about working with kids and making a positive impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
About the RoleAs a Soccer Shots Coach
, you will:
- Bring “Soccer Island” to life with enthusiasm and creativity.
- Independently lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2‑8, including field setup and takedown.
- Utilize our expert‑designed curriculum and early childhood development techniques.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants.
- Follow all on‑site safety and attendance protocols.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
- Work independently 90% of the time, confidently managing your own sessions.
- Experience with young children (ages 2‑8) is highly preferred.
- No prior coaching experience is required, we provide full training!
- Passion for children, sports, and making a difference.
- Energetic, engaging, and responsible personality.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of young players.
- Safety‑conscious mindset.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate soccer skills.
- Willingness to obtain state‑required clearances.
