** Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
*** Manage multiple complex projects involving different vendors and subcontractors at any given time.
* Understand the flow of how the systems we deliver are designed and built.
* Provide feedback to other departments to learn and become more efficient.
* Manage subcontractors on and off site.
* Present current project status and answer questions during meetings with all business units.
* Work with all internal partners to ensure that jobs and projects meet appropriate service level and on-time delivery standards.
* Understand customer compliance requirements and specifications.
* Support the company’s policies, processes, and procedures.
* Ask questions to ensure a complete and smooth handoff from Sales to Project Management
* Conduct Project Execution Kickoff meetings with internal stakeholders
* Employ Project management methodologies to manage schedules, hold others accountable to meet task deadlines, track and manage budget, and manage project risk.

** Education, Work Experience, Skill Requirements & Certifications
**** Minimum Education and experience required:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, production planning and control, or related roles.

* Visit/Travel to current jobsites as needed.
* Reading and Understanding Construction Documents.
* Provide seamless project management through proper turnover (delegation), as required.
* Complete expense reports, sales reports, project reports, or other paperwork.
* Study product information to acquire professional knowledge.
* Share sales-related or market information with colleagues.
* Work with Design department and Engineering to ensure completeness prior to manufacturing.
* Attend events to develop professional knowledge.
