Job Summary
A premier manufacturing company is seeking a high-caliber Maintenance Supervisor to lead our second-shift technical team. This role is essential to our facility's operational readiness, ensuring that high-speed production equipment is maintained to the highest safety and quality standards. Reporting to the Chief Maintenance Manager, you will manage a team of skilled mechanics and collaborate across departments to meet daily production goals.
salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop maintenance mechanics on the second shift to ensure a high-performing and safe workforce.
- Preventative Maintenance: Oversee the execution of established PM programs to maximize equipment uptime and minimize production delays.
- Operational Readiness: Manage staff scheduling and shop resources to support both production and non-production hours efficiently.
- Inventory & Budgeting: Assist in purchasing and maintaining critical spare parts inventory while operating within established budgetary guidelines.
- Strategic Planning: Consult with senior maintenance leadership on long-term facility improvements and capital expenditure requests.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive maintenance records, including preventative maintenance manuals and safety documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production and Sanitation Managers to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly, ensuring consistent product quality.
