In this role you will conduct welcome workouts with new members, guide them through personal training programs, and drive sales while fostering relationships. You will report to the Fitness Manager and collaborate with the membership and personal training teams.

• Lead the team to meet daily sales targets, especially when the Fitness Manager is absent.
• Promote personal training packages and build rapport with members.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals for personal training and small group sessions.
• Collaborate with membership sales to support onboarding and transition.
• Conduct personalized welcome workouts to assess members’ fitness needs.
• Guide members through the club experience to support retention and engagement.
• Coach and support personal trainers through regular sessions.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff.
• Supervise facility cleanliness and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain relevant certifications.

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Detail–oriented, organized, and strong time–management.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

• Pass a background check.
• Hold a valid Personal Training certification.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to work in a gym setting, lift >40 lbs, and move around equipment.
• Comfortable accessing and using the company computer system.
