Responsibilities- Equipment tracking, coordination and maintenance of the company or project equipment fleet, and the required filings of documentation for the fleet of vehicles.
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies and programs through the communication and enforcement of the Skanska Safety and Health Management Program.
- Schedule, track and log equipment moves to and from the projects.
- Monthly equipment billing to the project.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the company equipment fleet.
- Manage the company lease plan, including vehicle maintenance, registration and insurance.
- Manage equipment inspections to conform with environmental compliance policies.
- Oversee the fleet’s Fast track account.
- Department specific purchasing duties.
- Secure oversize permits.
- Assist with documentation of outside rentals.
- D.O.T. Compliance;
Run MVRs. - Parts orders and receiving/tracking orders for rental equipment.
- Open/close work orders and help review DVI’s.
- Track and schedule upcoming PMs and track oil sample reports.
- Issue fuel PINs, create utilization reports, and order fuel; track fuel dispensing.
- Green Policy reporting and CARB compliance.
- Review timecards and AP/Code invoices.
- Equipment forecasting.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Technical or vocational training is preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry or warehouse setting is a plus.

Salary
Low: USD $60,030.00/Yr.
Salary High: USD $89,815.00/Yr.
