Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Cold Storage)
Core X Alliance Regional, LLC – Jurupa Valley, CA.
Shift: 2nd Shift – Thursday - Monday
Environment: Cold Storage Warehouse (below 0°F)
Core X Alliance Regional, LLC is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift) to oversee operations in our cold storage facility. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and accurate handling of products while leading a warehouse team to meet service and cost objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
- Verify inbound/outbound shipments and documentation.
- Lead and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity and safety goals.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts.
- Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance in a below 0°F environment.
- Assist with training, development, and performance management of staff.
- 4+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Cold storage or food distribution experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and in below 0°F freezer conditions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English. Bilingual a plus
- Must be computer literate
- Lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Stand/move for 8+ hours.
- Work in cold storage for extended periods.
