Stichting Prisma zoekt een energieke begeleider voor Groep Blauw in Kaatsheuvel, waar een veilige omgeving voor oudere cliënten met autisme centraal staat. Je biedt ondersteuning bij dagelijkse activiteiten en zorgt voor structuur. Deze rol vereist empathie en een MBO-opleiding in Zorg & Welzijn.
Je krijgt een contract tussen 20 en 32 uur, met salarismogelijkheden van €2.597 tot €3.902 bruto per maand. Extra voordelen zijn onder andere reiskostenvergoeding, eindejaarsuitkering, en ruimte voor scholing.
