Role Description
The Lead /Sr. s as the instructional anchor for the project team, overseeing the quality and
consistency of all instructional artifacts across multiple CTE clusters.

This is a remote full-time contractual role (6 months and extendabale upto 12 months) for a Sr. Instructional Designer working for a Pune based Edutech firm. The key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, designing and developing instructional content, creating curricula, and managing learning management systems. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate training programs that enhance learning and development outcomes for the organization.

KEY EXPECTATIONS
Instructional Leadership:
Lead high-level design decisions and maintain quality standards for both onshore and offshore .
Team Guidance:
Mentor IDs to ensure they are correctly applying pedagogical best practices and the established SME-led development model.
Review & Approval:
Review and approve all critical instructional artifacts, including blueprints and storyboards, to ensure consistency across modules.
Guideline Governance:
Own and update the  live  guideline documents as requirements are refined throughout the development process.
Strategy Liaison:
Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to handle design-level updates and potential rescoping needs

Qualifications
MUST HAVE
Years of

Experience:

6–13+ years in instructional design, with at least 2 years in a senior .
Sector

Experience:

Extensive experience in Career and Technical Education (CTE) or vocational training content. K-12 education US Education System
Proficiency in Needs Analysis to understand and define learning requirements
Expertise in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development to create effective learning materials and content
GOOD TO HAVE
Experience in Training & Development, and Learning Management system implementation
Ability to evaluate the efficiency of training programs and suggest improvements
Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools would be an advantage
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training, or a related field

Budget Range:  60K-100K per month with no TDS deduction (Depending on performance and years of relevant experience)
