Position: Recruiter
Location: Kahului, HI (Onsite)
Pay: $50,000 to $60,000/year plus Commission!
Experience: 1 year of working in a fast‑paced environment. Recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Employers Options is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description- Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the process.
- Knowledge of the island of Maui.
- Be knowledgeable of or be willing to acquire an understanding of the local Hawaiian culture to cultivate client relationships.
- Technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media.
- Must demonstrate a strong customer focus and team orientation.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with time management.
- Ability to work with others respectfully and follow the company culture values.
