Job Title:

Packer / Helper

Pay: $18 - $21 per hour

The Mover / Packer Helper will load and/or unload household goods, personal effects, products, parts, materials, crates, boxes, pallets of freight or commodities in and out of containers, warehouses, storage units, job sites, and/or possibly customers’ homes.

• Communicate professionally with customers and co‑workers.
• Pack/wrap household goods safely and securely.
• Unload/Unpack household goods and place them into residence at customer request.
• Use all moving equipment safely.
• Adhere to and follow all company safety practices, policies, and procedures.
• Report all damages and/or injuries in a timely manner.

• Read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
• Foster a cooperative work environment.
• Follow routine verbal and written instructions.
• Give and receive verbal instructions.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen (including marijuana, medical marijuana, and THC) and criminal background check.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous transportation experience preferred.

• Requires heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects over 75 pounds.
• Respond quickly to sounds.
• Move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
• See and respond to situations.
• Work in extreme weather.
• Walk, crouch, or kneel.
