• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree.
• Experience in emergency medicine and/or the successful completion of a small‑animal rotation or emergency internship.
• State Veterinary Board license: active and inBlob good standing for the state of intended employment.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligibility.
