Service Advisor – Kahului, HI

Advisor Talent Solutions

We are looking for a strong, detail-oriented Service Advisor to assist with various industry specific tasks and help ensure the office runs efficiently. Our formula for success is to put our customers first.

Pay Range

Base pay: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

Monthly commission (uncapped)

Private Wealth Manager
  • Maintain all required licenses in good standing.
  • Abide by all required rules and regulations.
  • Maintain active E&O insurance.
  • Act as a fiduciary for all fee‑based clients.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and workshops.
  • Learn and stay abreast of EPIC Planning best practices.
  • Master and use Nitrogen, Retirement Analyzer, Salesforce, and other software.
  • Respond to client emails and calls within two hours or by end of day.
  • Prepare and document all client communications in Salesforce.
  • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals and maintain focus on achieving them.
  • Ongoing education: read/listen to at least four financial books annually.
New Business Processor
  • Check incoming requests from the in‑tray and new business tray.
  • Review Life, Annuity & Security new business applications and supporting documentation.
  • Update new business information in the internal tracking system.
  • Prepare applications for advisors and submit to the Broker/Dealer.
  • Scan and upload documents into Citrix.
  • Ensure all Broker/Dealer and vendor requirements are satisfied.
  • Confirm source of funds receipts.
  • Process urgent client servicing items such as withdrawals and rebalancing.
  • Track new business daily in Salesforce.
  • Process all new business applications with a check within 24 hours.
Client Coordinator
  • Participate in daily check‑in, HIVE, and WIG meetings.
  • Respond to client calls and emails within two hours.
  • Update client and business information in the CRM.
  • Prepare meeting recaps for advisors two weeks prior to appointments.
  • Call unbooked clients and members to schedule next appointment (targets: 80% clients, 75% members, 70% DISCOs).
  • Assist advisors with account servicing forms.
  • Record notes from every Representative and client conversation in Salesforce.
  • Back up other administrative staff during lunch hour, vacation, and sick days.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous client interaction in an office environment.
  • 5+ years of financial industry experience preferred.
  • CFP preferred.
  • Life & Health paired with Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 combination.
