Job DescriptionAs an Airport Security Officer - Alarm Door Patrol in Kahului, HI, you will maintain the safety and security of all passengers, staff, and airport facilities. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, engaging with the public, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication.
Position TypePart Time - Morning
Pay Rate$22.50 per hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

- Valid Driver’s License
- 21+ years of age
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
- Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)

- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and following site‑specific policies.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security‑related concerns.
- Interact professionally with the public and staff, offering assistance and information as needed.
- Document and report security‑related incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols.
- Follow all Allied Universal and site‑specific guidelines while performing duties at the government location.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
