• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in call taking, dispatching, and CCTV monitoring
• Airport Security

• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
• Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
• NOTE:
  
  First two months in this position will be working various posts for best geography and familiarization on airport property

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and other stakeholders while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned airport locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual conditions, unattended property, access-control concerns, and potential hazards, and report observations through established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; coordinate with airport operations, law enforcement, and emergency personnel as directed.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and maintain professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
