• Read plans and install products in accordance with project specifications.
• Drive and operate trucks and equipment as required.
• Remove and install striping, pavement markings, fencing, guardrail, posts, and signs.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from equipment and storage areas.
• Assist in maintaining and securing jobsites, facilities, and equipment.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risk of accidents or injuries.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and observations regarding equipment and materials.
• Communicate professionally with contractors and clients.
• Lift varying weights as required for the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• CDL, Class B (with air‑brake endorsement) or greater; or must have a permit and obtain a license within 90 days of hire.
• Favorable driver history record and valid driver’s license required.
• Mechanical ability and knowledge of tools.
• One year of road construction experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Basic math and verbal/written communication skills required.
• Ability to read and understand job specifications and written instructions.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime and occasional work on neighboring islands.

• This is a union position. Selected candidate will be asked to join the Laborer’s Union prior to starting work.
• Laborers’ International Union of North America, Local 368.
• We primarily employ carpenters, laborers, and operating engineers.
• We are signatory to collective bargaining agreements with the following unions listed below and are subject to the hiring rules of each collective bargaining agreement.
• We anticipate hiring for projects on Oahu, Maui, Hawaii, and Kauai as work becomes available and will be contacting the respective union to fill these positions.
