Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

• Responsible for the activities associated with the transportation of products from suppliers into the network.
• Optimize and maintain daily transport scheduling in the most efficient way for customer and stakeholders.
• Maintain proper and accurate Pre-Shipment and Post-shipment Administration.
• Coordinate with internal customers for requests and complete required paperwork.
• Coordinate with Local Move department shipment deliveries.
• Process and submit internal billing invoices.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in related field
• Import/Export experience a plus
• Software skills; 3–5 years Excel Experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Cargo Wise a plus

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to sit, stand or bend for extended periods
