Warehouse Worker, FT or PT Mid Shift (Noon Start Time)--up to $1,000 Sign-on Bonus!!

Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, has been serving the Hawaiian market for 34 years. We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers for our mid‑shift roster (12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday‑Friday) to join a team committed to excellence and growth.

Job Description
Primary duties include replenishment, put‑away, and general warehouse support. You will participate in a forklift certification program, operate manual and power equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy using our Warehouse Management System.

Pay & Benefits

Schedule
Full‑time or part‑time positions (12:00 pm–10:00 pm, Monday‑Friday). Optional sign‑on bonus up to $1,000.

Responsibilities

• Complete forklift certification program
• Put away inbound pallets in racked and bulk locations
• Replenish pick locations as ordered
• Use Warehouse Management System barcode scanner to locate product
• Order selection and cleanup activities as directed
• Issue, receive, pick, and transfer product to maintain inventory accuracy
• Safely operate manual and power equipment
• Loading and unloading of product efficiently and safely
• Check product and packaging for quality before shipping
• Review orders for shipment to ensure accuracy
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 50‑pound cases, sometimes repeatedly
• Minimum age 21
• Self‑managed, motivated, and able to meet deadlines independently
