Kona Coast Dental Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Patient Concierge to join our team! This is a full-time front-office position for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a positive patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. As our Patient Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.

• Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Manage patient records accurately
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing questions
• Process payments
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally
  
  Support daily front-office operations

• Prior dental or healthcare office experience preferred
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix Ascend a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and dependable
