Social Media Manager

We opened this Social Media Manager role because Shopping Solutions Plus's Kailua ambitions outgrew the team carrying them. We're hiring a Social Media Manager to join Shopping Solutions Plus on a temporary basis, with $132,000 - $202,000 on offer and genuine room to advance.

• Decode why HI buyers say yes and double down on it
• Carry the HI number and the relationships that make it real
• Coach junior reps through their first feedback-driven negotiation
• Sit in on demos and tighten the script after every loss
• Line up the deeply collaborative sponsor ships that put Shopping Solutions Plus in front of buyers
• Cultivate referral channels and strategic partnerships in Kailua
• Test three subject lines, kill two, scale the winner
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects across the Kailua, HI market

• Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at every level
• Prior experience working on-site in Kailua, HI, or willingness to relocate
• Calm under the gloriously-unglamorous chaos a manager role tends to generate
• The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses
• A communicator who can disagree without making it personal

Somewhere between a startup and an institution, Shopping Solutions Plus has spent years perfecting You Tube Advertising for clients all over Kailua, HI. We treat every new Social Media Manager as a fresh set of eyes, so tell us what looks broken.

Pay is $132,000 - $202,000, growth is structured, mentorship is personal, and the flexible temporary schedule is non-negotiable in your favor.
