Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused, goals-oriented Relief Teller to join our Hawaii Region Team. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional in-branch customer service experience by proactively engaging with customers to identify needs, demonstrating our digital banking options, fulfilling customers’ day-to-day transactional needs, and advising customers on the full range of financial products and services available to suit their financial needs.
This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel to any of our various Hawaii island branches based on our changing business needs. We reimburse mileage at the IRS standard mileage rate of $0.70 per mile.
LocationHome base may be assigned to Kamuela, Kona, or Waikoloa Branch.
Work ScheduleMonday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM;
Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (hours may vary).
The pay range is $21.00 – $24.50 per hour, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.
Additionally, this position offers a $3.00 per hour Relief Premium, recognizing the flexibility and commitment required to support multiple branches.
Required Qualifications- Excellent customer service and communication skills; pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers.
- Previous sales experience highly desirable.
- One year of cash handling and customer service experience highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to various Hawaii Island Branches.
- Availability for the required work schedule.
