Join our welcoming, community-centered ophthalmology clinics serving Kāneʻohe and Kailua in Windward Oʻahu. Compassionate patient care and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do! As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our patients, helping create a positive and comfortable experience from check-in to checkout. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, verifying insurance, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting our providers and clinical staff in delivering quality eye care.
We’re looking for someone who is personable, organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others to support our front office operations. Punctuality and reliability are essential to ensure smooth clinic flow and consistent patient care.
