The Rooms Controller is responsible for managing all daily guest room assignments to ensure a smooth and efficient arrival experience. This position works closely with Front Office leadership and Housekeeping. Responsibilities also include handling group and airline crew room blocks, answering back‑office calls, and supporting Front Desk operations.
Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service‑oriented attitude and be able to work well with others. Must be able to communicate in English.
