Node.js Developer

Somewhere between the whiteboard sketch and the green deploy badge is the Node.js Developer role we're opening in Kailua, HI. Few Kailua employers pair $103,000 - $157,000 with this much technology autonomy, and fewer still ask only 4 years to earn it.

• Automate the manual Communication chores that quietly drain Kailua, HI engineering hours
• Architect fault-tolerant distributed systems leveraging React and Cypress
• Own the mid-level PHP workstream that unblocks the rest of Boston Consulting Group's Kailua, HI roadmap
• Replace the brittle Nginx hack with a Problem Solving solution that survives Kailua scale
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions

• Fluency across Jenkins and PHP, with strong opinions on both
• Sharp written and verbal communication, tested under scrutiny
• A Kailua grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly
• An instinct for prioritization when everything is labeled urgent

Boston Consulting Group is where curious, underdog-spirited people come to build the future of technology. Every autonomy-rich idea gets a fair hearing at Boston Consulting Group, no matter the 4 of experience behind it.

Boston Consulting Group rewards your ego-light work with $103,000 - $157,000, equity participation, and mentorship from accomplished technology leaders.

Current and accurate as of this visit, the full-time opening stands ready.
